I'm Dani, a photographer based in Hertford, Hertfordshire, working across London and the surrounding areas. I specialise in natural, lifestyle and documentary-style photography, capturing genuine moments, movement and personality across dance, portraits and live events.
My Photography Journey
I began my photography journey by capturing local football teams, including Ware FC, as well as running clubs and sporting events around Hertford.
Over time, I realised that what I enjoyed most was photographing people, movement and genuine human emotion. This led me to work more closely with models, dancers and performers looking for authentic portraits with a natural, lifestyle direction.
Today, I use that same approach across all of my photography. Whether I'm photographing the movement of a dancer, the personality of a portrait or the atmosphere of a live event, my aim is to capture you naturally and tell the story through the images.
Dance & Performance Photography
Dance photography is one of the areas of photography I particularly enjoy. I love capturing the combination of movement, emotion, athleticism and energy that dancers bring to a photoshoot.

Portrait & Lifestyle Photography
When working with models and individuals, I focus on bringing out your personality and natural energy through the camera.
Whether you're a professional model looking to update your portfolio, a dancer wanting more personal portraits or you're simply looking for natural photographs that feel like you, I'll work with you to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Live Event Photography
I also enjoy capturing Live Events and the atmosphere that surrounds them. As a documentary-style photographer, I work around you and your event rather than trying to become part of it.
From football matches and live music to celebrations with friends and family, my aim is to capture the genuine moments, emotions and interactions that make each event unique.
I want you to be able to focus on enjoying the moment while I concentrate on capturing the story happening around you.
What You Can Expect
From the first conversation, I want you to feel that your photoshoot is something we create together.
I take the time to understand your brief, ideas and expectations before the day of the shoot. Where useful, I'll put together a mood board with ideas, poses and inspiration that we can explore together.
I'm also happy to help with choosing locations and outfits where possible. We can discuss everything beforehand by email, social media or phone, so that you know what to expect when the day arrives.
On the Day
My approach is relaxed, collaborative and adaptable. I don't want to take over your photoshoot or simply tell you what to do. Instead, I'll work with you to bring your vision to life while looking for those natural moments and expressions that make the photographs feel authentic.
My aim is to create a positive, energetic and comfortable atmosphere where you can focus on being yourself, performing or enjoying the event.
After the Shoot
My involvement doesn't stop when the camera is put away. I'll keep you updated on the editing process and let you know when to expect your photographs.
I aim to edit as many of the strongest images from our session as possible while maintaining the quality and consistency of the final gallery. I usually aim to deliver your finished photographs within a week of the photoshoot.
